Grounding is good for runners.

Today’s “Running Quotes by Non-Runners” selection comes from the 26th President of the United States. I’d be willing to bet he wasn’t talking about running (except perhaps for office), but the Presidential advice still holds water.

“Keep your eyes on the stars and your feet on the ground.” Theodore Roosevelt (1858-1919)

A lofty goal inspires runners, but we still have to pay attention to where we plant each step.
